Promotions Executive
Poland & CEE territories
Promotions Executive will be a member of Disneymedia+ Promotions team that develops and manages 3rd party promotions and retail loyalty programs based on Disney, Marvel and Star Wars licensees across CEE markets. She/he will be required to identify new promotional partners, coordinate and assist the DM+ team in preparation and implementation of various advertising and promotional projects in CEE. The Promotions Executive will work closely with all The Walt Disney Company teams based in Warsaw, Budapest and London to jointly develop new business opportunities.
Experience, education and skill requirements:
-2+ years of professional sales experience (agency sales environment is preferable)
-Self-motivated and works well independently
-Leads or contributes to complex projects and develops solutions
-Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
-Good planning, organizing and analytical skills with natural attention to details
-Prioritization abilities, time management, ability to work under time pressure
-International state of mind, easy to cope with different nationalities, cultures and personalities
-Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
